find a deputy acceptable to the White House during his first six weeks

McConnell told the conference: "My biggest early challenge is just
stamina. . . . It was a little easier when I was a little younger, but
that’s what I am adjusting to."

Hint: Generally speaking, stamina = youth.  Go Marshall and be prepared to be surprised.
